An Interactions icon is provided on the page when a record can have interactions. If the icon is gray, no interaction record exists. You can click the icon to open the Interactions form and start a new conversation with us about the record. If the icon is displayed in color, there is an existing interaction. You can click the icon to continue the interaction or to start a new conversation with us about the record.
