To start a record for a new conversation on the Interactions page:
Click Start a New Conversation.
In the text fields that are displayed, specify this information:
Topic: Select a topic description for this interaction. Topic descriptions are predefined.
Description: Enter a message summary that further describes the interaction. For example, you could type, “Question about mountain bikes” or “Comments regarding my last bill”.
Reference: Select the type of record your message is about: customer order, item, estimate, project, or estimate project.
Reference Number: Specify the order, item, estimate, project, or estimate project ID.
Click Save this Conversation. After the record is saved, you must add your interaction message.
