Service Incidents

This page is used to review existing incidents, add notes or attach documents to an incident, and enter new incidents.

When you open the page, incidents are listed for the default date range, which is the past 60 days. You can change the date range by clicking Additional Filters and specifying dates in the Show Incidents For fields.

Initially the Incidents page displays summary information about each incident. Expand an incident record to see display-only detail information.
