Finding Records

When you access a portal page that lists a collection of records—such as Order Status, Documents, or Invoices—initially up to 10 records are displayed on the page. If there are more than 10 records in the collection, you can see more by using the arrows at the bottom of the page. To narrow the list, specify filters using fields at the top of the page and then click Filter.
