Adding Notes for Incidents

You cannot change existing notes for an incident on the Service Incidents page, but you can add notes. To add a note to a selected incident:

  1. Open the Service Incidents page and find the incident record to work with.

  2. Expand the record and then click Add Notes.

  3. In the spaces provided, specify the subject and type your note text.

  4. Click Submit. Or, to cancel the note without saving, click Undo.
