If an item can be customized, you will see a Customize button in place of the Add to Order button. After specifying a quantity, click Customize and then follow the instructions provided. As you select options, the item price is updated and displayed in the upper right corner of the customization form.
NOTE: If you want the standard item and don't want to make any changes, simply click Finish on the customization form.
As you customize, you can:
Click Save any time after you begin. For some items, this saves the options you have selected so far. A saved incomplete item is added to your cart and marked with an orange circle. This is to remind you that the item must be finished or removed before you can place the order.
In some cases, you cannot save an incomplete item. When you click Save, a message is displayed saying, "Unable to save configuration." If this happens, close the message window, finish selecting the required options, and then click Finish. Or, close the message window and cancel the item customization by clicking X in the upper right corner of the customization form.
Click Finish when you have completed the required customizations. The customization form is closed and you are returned to the item page with the updated item price. The finished item is added to your cart and marked with a green circle to indicate that it is ready to be ordered.
Click X in the upper right corner to close the form. If you have not saved, all selections are cancelled when you close the form this way.
Also, you can:
Click the Product Info tab to review information about the item you are customizing or click the Price Summary tab to review pricing information.
Use the "quick navigation" menu on the left side of the form to easily move from one section of the customization to another.
Expand or collapse a customization section using the icon in the upper right corner.
